Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7603 of 2018, dated 03.05.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
