Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus praying to call for records relating to the detention order passed by the second respondent vide P.D.No.45 of 2015 dated 11.12.2015 and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Albin, Son of Chinnaian, aged about 34 years before this Court, he is detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai and set him at liberty.

ORDER

This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to detention order dated 11.12.2015 passed in P.D.No.45 of 2015 by the detaining authority, who has been arrayed as second respondent herein.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the detention order in question has been revoked and to that effect, he has filed G.O.Rt.No.448, dated 01.02.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
