This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for their deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 22.12.2022 in W.P(MD) No.28816 of 2022 amounting to Contempt of Court under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court dated 22.12.2022 made in W.P(MD).No.28816 of 2022 has been complied with.
