Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose the summon in Na.Ka.A1/366/2025, dated 09.02.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent and to include the petitioner's name in the Joint Patta vide Patta No.1067 in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.219/2 to an extent of 60 cents situated at Karupathur Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District Within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to dispose of the petitioner's application for issuance of joint patta by including the name of the writ petitioner in Patta No.1067.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct due enquiry and pass orders on the petitioner's application for inclusion of the petitioner's name in the joint patta in Patta No.1067, dated 07.03.2025, after affording a fair opportunity to the petitioner and other interested parties, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
