Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus praying to call for the entire records in detention order passed in Cr.M.P.No.01/2016 (BM), dated 19.02.2016 on the file of the third respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's husband namely Rajesh Kumar, S/o.Chandran, male, aged about 33 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli before this Court and set him at liberty.

This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to detention order, dated 19.02.2016 passed in Cr.M.P.No.01/2016 (BM) by the detaining authority, who has been arrayed as third respondent herein.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the detention order in question has already been revoked.

3. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.

4. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
