O R D E R

The petitioner submitted a representation dated 14.02.2026 to the second respondent to issue a legal heir certificate in her favour on account of the death in respect of the deceased daughter, deceased sonin-law and the deceased grandson.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent has not taken any steps to consider the representation as on today.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation will be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 14.02.2026 submitted by the petitioner, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three(3) 2/4

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Additionally the petitioner is also permitted to submit an application online for issuance of legal heir certificate within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.There shall be no orders as to Costs.
