This Second Appeal is directed as against the concurrent findings of the Courts below.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the respondents have sold the suit schedule properties to a third party and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this second appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the above, this Second Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
