ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the F.I.R. in Crime No. 1277 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same in so far as the Petitioners/Accused No.3, 40 and 135.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that now the Government is going to withdraw all the FIRs, which were registered in the Covid-19 pandemic period, for protocal violations.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the entire proceedings in Crime No.1277 of 2020, pending on the file of the respondent police is hereby quashed in respect of the petitioners. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 27.04.2023 NCC :
