ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No. 3438 of 2025 on 03.03.2025. 1/3

2. Mr.J.Jeyaarpm Raja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition only from 13.03.2025.

4. Considering the nature of offence alleged and also considering the period of compliance, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, the condition No.7(vii) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No. 3438 of 2025 on 03.03.2025 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am until further orders.
