This petition has been filed to permit the petitioners to withdraw the award entire amount deposited by the respondent in M.C.O.P.No.57 of 2014, dated 22.11.2021 on the file of the MACT, Subordinate Judge, Arupukottai. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw 50% of the award amount deposited by the respondent in M.C.O.P.No.57 of 2014, dated 22.11.2021 on the file of the MACT, Subordinate Judge, Arupukottai. 4.Accordingly, this petition stands ordered.
