ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to provide police protection on the basis of the representation dated 16.04.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife and the husband married the fifth respondent herein as second wife and because of that, both the petitioner and the fourth respondent are residing separately. During the course of enquiry, the fourth respondent appeared before the enquiry officer and gave statement to the effect that he will not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.9200 of 2021 make any trouble to the petitioner, based on the above said undertaking given by him, it was closed.

3.Since there is undertaking given by the fourth respondent, nothing survives for further consideration or direction. If there is any violation noticed by the authorities regarding the undertaking given by the fourth respondent, appropriate action may be initiated.

4.With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
