The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.44 of 2019 has been transferred to the Sub Court, Rajapalayam as O.S.No.473 of 1/3
2024 and the same was dismissed on 10.01.2025. Hence, nothing remains to be further considered in this petition.
2.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
