PRAYER :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing 1st respondent regularize the petitioners post by considering the representation sent registered society on behalf of petitioner dated 17.04.2024. Heard Mr.Niranjan S.kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader, for the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with. 2.This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to regularize the petitioners post by considering the representation sent by the registered society on behalf of petitioner dated 17.04.2024.

3. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. The petitioner made a representation to the 1st respondent for regularizing him in the post of Reader as per the adhoc rules. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

5. It is brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, the first respondent has called for remarks from the third respondent. However, the third respondent has not acted upon the same. Hence, I feel that the third respondent can be directed to send his remarks to the first respondent, as sought by the first respondent in order to proceed further.

6. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to send his remarks to the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the remarks from the third respondent, the first respondent is 3/5

directed to consider the same and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs. 03.06.2024 NCC :
