ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to quash the FIR in Crime No.159 of 2016, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Madukkur Police Station, Thanjavur District as against this petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed this petition challenging the FIR in Cr.No.159 of 2016 on the ground that the delay has not been properly explained in the complaint. The defacto complainant is having political power and hence, the respondent police has registered a false case against the petitioner. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
