O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members, on the basis of the case registered against the petitioner's husband in Crime No.171 of 2021.

2.The petitioner's husband has been arrayed as an accused in Crime No.171 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) 20(b) (ii) (C) of NDPS Act. Because the petitioner's husband was arrayed as accused in the above said Crime Number, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit after registration of First Information Report, the petitioner's husband absconded and in order to know the whereabout of him, the petitioner was called for enquiry. No such harassment was made as contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband has moved a petition seeking Anticipatory bail, and is pending.
