The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the respondents to give the permission and adequate police protection for conducting Aadal Padal Dance Programme on 30.05.2015 in the eve of Vaikasi Pongal Festival infront of Arulmighu Sri Veppanthur Mariamman Temple belongs to Ellakudi Village, Kattur, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2015. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has given representation to the respondents on 22.05.2015. 3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I feel it is just and proper to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 22.05.2015. Accordingly, I direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 22.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, within two days from the date of production of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
