Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records, connected with the detention order of the respondent No.2, in P.D.No.07/2016, dated 23.02.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu by name Siva @ Sivaperumal, son of Paulthurai, aged 39 years, now detained in Palayamkottai Central Prison, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the Advisory Board revoked the detention order and nothing survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. The learned counsel also made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. In view of the endorsement so made, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
