ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil dispute 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side) would submit that no complaint has been received against the petitioner. Similarly, no complaint has been received against the third respondent also. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though there is no written complaint, by phone call, the respondent police directed the petitioner to appear for enquiry and makes harassment.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that no written complaint has been received against the petitioner as well as the third respondent, nothing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
