ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent herein to implement the order passed by the first respondent dated 06.05.2015 in Na.Ka.No.1970 of 2015 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned Counsel for the second respondent.

3.This Court, in W.P.(MD)No.8686 of 2015,dated 03.06.2015, directed the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner herein under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act. As the matter is sub-judice pursuant to the direction given in the aforesaid writ petition, the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition cannot be granted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
