O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the survey to be conducted based on the petitioner's application dated 04.11.2024.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner Mr.K.M.Karunakaran and Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.The petitioner being predecessor in title have been authorised by the present vendors to clear the dispute with regard to the boundaries and in that regard, the petitioner has made a survey application.

4.Considering the fact that registered documents and also revenue records are in place, there can be no impediment for survey to be conducted based on the petitioner's application dated 04.11.2024.

5.In the light of the above, the respondents shall conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents shall also give notice to adjoining owners and hear their objections, if any, before conducting survey. 6.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
