2. Learned counsel for the State would submit that the encroachments are identified and notices under Section 7 of the Tamilnadu Land Encroachment Act 1905, have also been https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

issued to the encroachers and the authorities will proceed further as per law, after receipt of such explanation.

3. In such a view of the matter, let the respondents expedite the eviction process, pass final order and remove the encroachments within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
