O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that she married one Maruthu, the third respondent in the present Habeas Corpus Petition. According to the detenu, she is not willing to go with the petitioner or her mother.

2. The younger child is with the petitioner. The elder child is with the mother of the detenu. The detenu is aged 23 years. The detenu wanted to live with the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Since the detenu is a major, she is set at liberty.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
