[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The order dated 07.12.2018, passed by the third respondent, directing the petitioner to produce certain documents within fifteen days for grant of planning permit for the building in question is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. In view of the order dated 29.01.2024, passed in W.P.(MD) No. 19755 of 2017, dismissing the writ petition as infructuous, which was filed by one Selvaraj seeking a direction to the authority concerned for removal of unauthorized construction made by the petitioner herein, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
