(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) As per order passed earlier, the second respondent has produced the concerned order passed by the Magistrate Court, wherein it is stated that the first accused has surrendered before the concerned Magistrate and subsequently released on bail.

2. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances and also considering the fact that the detenu has already been produced, this petition is liable to be closed.
