Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's wife namely Manimekalai, aged about 28 years and the petitioner's daughter namely Vinitha @ Veeralakshmi, aged about 2 years or their bodies before this Court and set them at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to trace out and produce the detenu namely Manimekalai, aged 28 years and Vinitha @ Veeralakshmi, aged 2 years, wife and daughter of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Sellore Police Station has produced the detenu and they have been identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
