This Writ Petition is filed challenging the notice passed by the respondent police under Section 107 Cr.P.C., directing the petitioner herein to furnish the bond for Rs.10,000/- to keep good conduct and maintain the public peace and tranquility. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that subsequent to the notice, enquiry was conducted and action was dropped vide order, dated 09.01.2020 and nothing survives in Crime No.108 of 2019. Hence, the petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
