ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This contempt petition is filed alleging disobedience of the order made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4545 of 2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai.

2.The learned Judicial Magistrate vide order dated 30.12.2024 directed the respondent to expedite the enquiry and complete the same within a period of two months.

3.Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, submits that the enquiry has been completed and as no cognizable offence is made out, the matter has been closed and closure report has also been served to the petitioner on 24.11.2025. He has also produced a copy of the closure report and the acknowledgment card to substantiate his submission.

4.Recording the above said submission, this contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner know to law, if so advised.
