ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to grant patta in favour of the petitioner for the land in S.Nos.643/1B, 643/1D and 643/1A situated at Thalugai Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Thiruchirappalli District.
2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.According to the petitioner, with the relief sought for in the prayer, though she made a representation dated 05.08.2020 through online to the 1st respondent, so far no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court for the relief stated supra.
4.In reply, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.11357 of 2020 representation dated 05.08.2020 would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.In agreement with the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2020 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the interested parties, if any. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
