This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2025.
2.According to the petitioner, she sent the representation dated 2/6
10.04.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent police would submit that already for the same issue, the sister of the petitioner lodged a complaint and the same was considered. Again, the petitioner sent the present representation and in the representation, there is no cause of action and only on the assumption, they filed this petition. Therefore, he prayed to dismiss this petition. 4.Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the representation is also pending with the fourth respondent, it is for him to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 5.Recording the above said submissions, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate order, within a period of four weeks from the date of this order, in accordance with law.
