Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary steps to secure and produce the body or person of the detenu Miss.Jenitha, daughter of Mark, aged about 20 years before this Court and set her at liberty from the illegal custody of the fourth respondent.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Jenitha, aged 20 years, daughter of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and she has been identified by her counsel.

3. The third respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Virudhunagar West Police Station has produced the detenu and she has been identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
