Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of mandamus to forbear the respondents 3 to 5 from in any way appointing any candidate in the sanctioned post of Assistant Professor (English) at the 5th respondent college bypassing the petitioner's seniority as resolved through the Minutes of the meeting of the governing board held on 30.08.2011 and the adjourned meeting held on 04.10.2011 in conformity with the resolution of the governing board dated 12.10.1994 and consequentially to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Assistant Professor (English) by following the petitioner's seniority.
