(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the appellant.

2. The appeal is directed against the order dated 25.03.2025 made in W.P.(MD)No.5301 of 2025. The writ petition was filed by the auction purchaser. We are not in a position to interfere with the order of the learned single Judge. As requested by the learned senior counsel appearing for the appellant, we direct the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai to dispose of S.A.Nos.316 & 317 of 2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. We have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3. The writ appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
