This petition is filed by the petitioners not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that there is a dispute between the petitioners and private respondents. The third respondent caused life threat to the petitioners. Therefore, he sent a representation to the second respondent, but no action was taken. Hence, they filed this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the private respondents, they called the petitioners for enquiry and they have not Page No. 2 of 5
harassed the petitioners and the same was closed. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass orders.
5. Since the third respondent denied the alleged harassment and the petition of the private respondents itself was closed and nothing survives for further adjudication, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 24.04.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No apd To
