ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a order of police protection for the family members of the petitioner as well as the property situated in Survey Nos.165/10B, 165/2, 167/4 233/2, 253/13A, situated in Poorkudi Village, Avudaiyarkoil Taluk, Pudukottai District, on the basis of the representations, dated 30.10.2020 & 29.06.2021.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the fourth respondent has no right over the property and he has unnecessarily making trouble and trespass. On that basis, the petitioner made representations to the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9205 of 2021 3.When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complain,t given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.51 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, the fourth respondent has given an undertaking that he will not make any trouble to the possession of the petitioner, which is also accepted by the petitioner and on that basis, it came to be closed, on 16.07.2021. So, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, as infrectous.
