This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to comply the order dated 17.12.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.7934 of 2024, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and consequently register an FIR against the respondents 3 to 8.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, in Crl.M.P.No.7934 of 2024,d ated 17.12.2024, an FIR in Crime No.253 2/4

of 2025 was registered. Therefore, the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, has been complied with. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
