ORDER

The plaintiff in O.S.No.413 of 2023, on the file of the Sub Court, Sankarankovil, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of the suit.

2.A perusal of the plaint reveals that the suit has been filed seeking declaration that the plaintiff is entitled for pre-emptive rights to purchase the suit schedule property.

3.A perusal of "B" diary extract reveals that the defendants have filed their written statement on 06.12.2024, and from then onwards, it is being adjourned at least on ten occasions for framing of issues. 4.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, now the suit is posted to 21.06.2025, for framing of issues. 5.Considering the fact that the petitioner is aged about 80 years, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2025. 6.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
