ORDER
This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur to dispose of the case in C.C.No.53 of 2021 within 2/5
stipulated time.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case. He lodged a complaint against the respondents and the same is taken on file by the Trial Court in C.C.No.53 of 2021. The occurrence took place in the year 2016. So far, the trial has not been commenced. Hence, he filed this petition.
3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the respondents, is inclined to pass orders.
4. The prayer sought for in this petition is for speedy disposal of the case. According to the petitioner, the occurrence took place in the year 2016. He filed the petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and the same has been taken cognizance in the year 2021 and still the case is pending. Therefore, considering the long pendency of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur to dispose of the case in C.C.No.53 of 2021 as early as possible without giving any long adjournment beyond one week.

5. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
