Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to issue a direction against the second respondent directing him not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry, based on the third respondent's complaint with respect to Survey No.183/2 ad-measuring 0.13.5 Hectares, Survey No.245/1A3 ad-measuring 0.88.0 hectares, Survey No.253/6B ad measuring 0.24.0 Hectares and Survey No.253/7B2A ad-measuring 0.67.5 Hectares. ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side) would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.633 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the dispute involved in this complaint is purely civil in nature and the same was closed on 09.07.2021. The closure report also submitted before this Court. 3.Mr.Jameel Arasu, Advocate who proposes to file Vakalat for the third respondent also wants to file Counter in this case.

4. Since enquiry has been closed, nothing survives for further direction or consideration in this petition. The parties are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
