ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC r/w 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.51 of 2018 seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that six units of sand is the quantity involved in this case. They were transported in two lorries.

4.In view of the magnitude of the crime this criminal original petition is dismissed.
