This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the Petitioner in the guise of enquiry by interfering the civil dispute.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. Taking advantage of the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, the 2nd respondent harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Therefore, he has sent a representation and the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that earlier the complaint given by the 3rd respondent was closed. However, the 3rd respondent filed a petition under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Eraniel and the learned Magistrate forwarded the same to the 2nd respondent. Based on the direction of the learned Magistrate, the petitioner has been called for enquiry on 07.04.2025. However, the petitioner without appearing for enquiry, filed this petition before this 2/4

Court.
