The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2015 to give permission in pursuance of Pasali 1424 Vaikasi Festival of Sri Muthumariamman Temple, at Sevugampatti Village in S.No.804 and 711, Pattiveeranpatti Cross Road, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has given representation to the respondents on 18.05.2015. However, the respondents have not given any permission to the writ petitioner so far.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I feel that it is just and proper to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 18.05.2015. Accordingly, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 18.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of two days from the date of production of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
