Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the second respondent Police to produce the person or body of the petitioner's minor daughter Sujatha, D/o.Murugan, aged 16 years before this Court and to hand over her to the petitioner's custody.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Sujatha, aged 16 years, daughter of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Pazhavoor Police Station has produced the detenu and she has been identified by the petitioner. Further the detenu has expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner/father. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
