ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent to investigate and to file Final Report in Crime No.458 of 2020, on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the First Information Report in Crime No.458 of 2020 has been filed for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 294(b), 506(i) IPC on 13.08.2020, Final Report has not yet been filed. Hence, this petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) would submit that the accused in this case after getting anticipatory bail, did not appear for enquiry and absconded. Hence, he would seek three months time to complete the investigation.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9197 of 2021 complete the investigation and to file Final Report in Crime No.458 of 2020. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
