ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- There shall be an order of Stay on condition that the petitioner/appellant shall deposit 50 % of the award amount with proportionate interests and costs, awarded in M.C.O.P.No.176 of 2018, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal - Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai, within a period of four weeks from https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CMP(MD) No.6347 of 2022 the date of this order, after deducting the amount already deposited by him, to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.176 of 2018, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal - Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai, failing which, stay granted shall stand automatically dismissed.

2. This Petition is allowed accordingly.
