Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent vide Token No.10, dated 12.05.2015 in connection with the impounding of the petitioner's passport bearing No.K3484213 issued on 30.04.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to return the petitioner his passport.

ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition without prejudice to his other legal rights.
