This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to file the Annual Returns for the year 2016-2017 without payment of penalty and other conditions.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. As per the Rules, there is no provision to file Annual Returns without payment of any penalty. Therefore, the request made by the petitioner cannot be considered and this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.
