O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 21.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint against one Pandi for the money dispute on 21.03.2025, but no action was taken. Therefore, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.03.2025 is under enquiry with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of one week.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, recording the abovesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), this Court directs the second respondent to consider the Page No. 2 of 4

representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of one week from the date of this order in accordance with law.

5. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
