O R D E R

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is for a direction to the first respondent to forbear the third respondent from conducting any meeting or election pursuant to the notice, dated 6.5.2015 by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 21.5.2015.

2.The notice, dated 6.5.2015 referred to in the prayer is enclosed in Page No.104 of the typed-set of papers filed along with this Writ Petition was addressed to all the Congregations/Pastors/Workers of India Evangelical Lutheran Church and the notice was signed by Mr.K.Baul Sundar, General SecretaryIELC. It is brought to the notice of this Court that Mr.K.Baul Sundar is no more functioning as the Secretary of the institution. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the said meeting was already convened as per the schedule and therefore no further consideration is required in respect of the relief as such sought for in this Writ Petition.

3.Accordingly, the Writ petition stands closed. It is left open to the parties to to redress their grievances, if any exists. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
