Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records connected with the detenion order of the respondent No.2 in M.H.S.Confdl.No.22/2016, dated 01.03.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Senthilkumar, S/o.Sundharraj, aged about 31 years detained in Palayamkottai Central Prison before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
