2. This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner.

3. It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader that the petitioner's request was rejected vide order dated 03.01.2022 and that challenging the same, the petitioner has filed W.P.(MD)No.4036 of 2022.

4. Giving liberty to the petitioner to canvass his contentions in the other writ petition, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
